For many we offer a fundamentally new direction, a business model that puts the customer at the heart of all activities to enhance customer satisfaction, drive growth and achieve increased profitability.
We have stayed true to this mission since 2009; the year we first registered Go Niche and ‘put our money where our mouth is’. We could see that the internet was taking over and the social media revolution was just beginning (remember when it was just Twitter?). Our founder Paul Freudenberg felt that this change in how companies were being represented would require a very different business approach; an inside out niche focus.
He wasn’t wrong.
As more and more businesses recognised the need to focus on being customer centric, our business model grew with them. This led to the creation of BridgeBox, the first inbound call diagnosis platform that analyses incoming sales and customer service calls to increase their profitability. With the inception of BridgeBox, our clients were now able to truly understand the customer experience that they were providing to their customers and with our help, make the necessary improvements that would support their ambition of being truly customer centric.
Today, our service offering has expanded to address the very real issue of employee engagement. It has been our experience that this is an area that is often overlooked and yet has the ability to make a real difference to both brand perception and growth potential. We know that Google were one of the first to realise this but we’d like to think we weren’t far behind them!
